New Patients
Whether you require a routine check-up or more specialist treatment, we will always endeavour to make your experience welcoming and attentive as soon as you arrive. Our team are highly experienced and compassionate, offering personalised care to each individual. We would be delighted to welcome you to the practice and care for your dentistry needs.
Should you decide to join our practice the first step is the registration process which involves filling out medical forms which we can either email to you, or you are welcome to complete these when you visit. So that you are have a relaxed first-time experience, we would recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we can explain anything to you and ensure all forms are complete. Our friendly reception team will be on-hand to help you and answer any questions. If any concerns or questions come to mind before your visit, please contact us and we will respond as quickly as possible.
During your appointment one of our dentists will review and take note of any further medical information and conduct a thorough examination which will include careful checking of hygiene, gums, joints, teeth, bite and diet. Specific concerns will be addressed and we may need to take digital x-rays, pictures or use our scanner. These allow us to provide an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. Once relevant information is gathered, we will advise on the most effective treatment plan or frequency of visits. And, if applicable, a written treatment plan and estimate will be provided before any treatment begins, ensuring patients feel informed and confident in their decisions.
Feeling nervous?
It is very natural to feel nervous about visiting the dentist, whether due to the situation itself or work to be done. We do our utmost to help patients feel understood and reassured. Our dentists have years of experience and will be sensitive to your emotional wellbeing just as much as carrying out excellent dentistry.
Owner, Shaun Greaves has a strong ethos of excellence which is carried throughout the whole team helping patients to feel safe and comfortable.
